Café

We believe that good food starts with good ingredients, and we carefully select the best of the best. We support local farms. We search for creameries with the finest dairy. We source responsibly raised meat from nearby butchers. We bring unique, creative, small-batch specialty ingredients to Vermont. Our pasta is fresh. Our honey is local. Our sandwiches and salads are created to highlight the best of the region, from fresh Vermont basil in our pesto to sweet Vermont berry jam on our toast. We're excited to share a taste with you.

Bakery

The King Arthur Bakery offers premier artisan bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, pies, and creative seasonal specialties using local products from our Retail Store in Norwich, Vermont. We bake with a minimum amount of mechanization, preferring instead to rely on traditional methods; our hands, our skill, and top-quality ingredients.

Retail Store

Our inviting store is the destination to find ingredients and baking tools, sample recipes and mixes from our demo kitchen, curl up with a cookbook, or to just wander and get inspired. We have everything a baker could want or need. Whether you’re new to baking or a seasoned expert, our passionate and knowledgeable team of bakers can help you find what you’re looking for or provide answers and tips for any question you have.

December 1-19	Pies to Benefit the Upper Valley Haven Help us kick off the season of giving! For three weeks this month, we will donate $20 to the Upper Valley Haven for every pie that's sold from our bakery. The Haven provides critical services and food to anyone in need, and we're honored to partner with them for this worthy (and tasty!) cause.
December	Visit us in-store It’s the most wonderful time of the year to visit King Arthur Baking! Check off your holiday shopping with our grab-n’ go gifts plus delicious treats from our bakery and café. Not sure what to give them? We can help customize presents for every baker on your list. Don’t forget to sample holiday treats in the demo kitchen and enjoy cozy outdoor seating under the heat lamps or by the firepits.
December 5-6	Friends & Family It’s time to celebrate you – our friends and family! Enjoy 20% off your entire purchase (including appliances) for two days when you visit us in-store. Offer excludes gift cards, café orders, and 50-pound bags of flour; cannot be combined with other rewards or promotions.
December 10	Blake Hill Preserves sampling 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Join us in sampling some seasonal favorites, apple and pumpkin butter, and pie fillings from Blake Hill Preserves. Blake Hill Preserves is an English Fruit Preservatory located in Vermont that combines three generations of preserve-making skills with innovative, elegant flavors and the finest ingredients.
